MOZART: The Piano Concertos
  Alan Murray, piano

Plus Commentary on the Composer's Life & Music with Kate Ashby, Associate Producer

Presented as an 'At-Home Concert Series' for our Listeners

     Sundays, May 10 - Sat. July 4

The present Mozart Piano Concerto cycle incepted with the March 8, 2020 performance debut of the Westchester Chamber Soloists (WCS), a newly formed and mostly professional not-for-profit chamber orchestra based in Westchester County, New York, for which Mr. Murray is founder and executive and artistic director. Owing to the ongoing pandemic, and as with nearly all performing arts organizations worldwide, the remainder of the WCS' 2020 season programs have been postponed indefinitely. The present live performance recordings are therefore being offered as a courtesy to the listening public in lieu of the chamber orchestra's planned initial season concerts, and in solidarity with other arts organizations, musicians and other performing artists whose careers and livelihoods have been disrupted. For additional information on the Westchester Chamber Soloists and for the live video links to its debut performance (including Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 19, included in this Series), please visit the 'Concerto Performances' tab on this site, and/or visit: www.WestchesterChamberSoloists.com
